About Us:

Rypinskie Zaklady Metalowe Ltd, known as RZM, is a Polish company with a long-standing tradition for success in the steel production market.

 

Our company specializes in producing steel flanges for pipe couplings that meet both national and international standards as well as the needs of our clients. We also produce individually tailored steel structure elements and other items made upon request.

 

Here at RZM, our high tech facilities allow us to execute many different types of construction to fit our clients every need. We utilize both conventional and CNC machine tools for processing. With the CNC method, we are able to cut steel using gas and plasma.

 

Founded in 1968, we have worked in various industries to manufacturer steel flanges for piping and components. These include shipbuilding, heating, chemistry, agriculture and automotive industry.

 

With our facilities being located in the heart of Europe, we are able to work with companies both domestically and internationally. Our products are sent to our domestic clients, i.e. Shipyards in Szczecin, Gdynia, Gdansk and many countries around the world: Italy, France, Germany, Holland, Sweden, Finland, Belgium, Denmark, Morocco, etc.

 

The beginning of 2000 and the new economic conditions brought many improvements for our company. The new board of members had to face the challenge of transformation and implementation of the new management process. The legal status has also changed and since 2002 we have been acting as a limited company. We also gained our present-day name at that time.

 

Continuous investments in the plant and equipment, combined with the permanent training and further qualification of employees, formed the basis for the high-quality, market-focused products we produce today. We hold an ISO 9001:2015 quality management system guaranteed by the certification body UDT and have the approval for manufacturing of materials for pressure equipment in accordance with 2014/68/UE.
